Thirty Minutes
This is the moment to set the enterprise up right, and it will not come again. Every decision made now, while it is still a clean sheet, costs less than the same one made after the doors are open. Set it now and you carry it cleanly instead of fixing it later. We are asking for thirty minutes of your time, and it will not be wasted. The three of us have carried tribal and hospitality enterprises through this same moment at Chumash Enterprises, Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, Chickasaw Nation, and Pinnacle Entertainment. With our multiple-property and startup experience, we can help your team eliminate future costly issues through one approach, Illuminate, Focus, Perform, to accelerate the results that matter.
Climb Higher. See Further. Execute Intentionally.

tumwata village, and a Lands Bill in Congress

Grand Ronde broke ground on tumwata village infrastructure at Willamette Falls in late May, and the 2026 Grand Ronde Tribal Lands Bill, which would transfer 18,628 acres of the Siuslaw National Forest, is moving with letters of support behind it. The window to set the operating system that carries both is open right now.

What Just Happened

A groundbreaking, and a land base that could more than double.

The Tribe is running the Willamette Falls redevelopment through its own engineering and community development arm, with no outside master developer on the public record. That puts the operating decisions inside the Tribe.

  • May 28, 2026. Grand Ronde broke ground on tumwata village infrastructure at Willamette Falls, following the dismantling of the former Blue Heron paper mill.
  • 2026 Lands Bill. Draft legislation would transfer approximately 18,628 acres of the Siuslaw National Forest, which would more than double the roughly 16,000-acre reservation. It is proposed, not yet enacted.
  • March 18, 2026. The Tillamook Board of County Commissioners signed a letter of support. Yamhill County also submitted one.
