Ho-Chunk Gaming Beloit is in final construction. The Nation's own executive manager put phase one and the 1,500-space garage at completion by the end of August, with a grand opening tentatively in September. The window to set the operating system that carries a $705 million property is open right now, while the doors are still closed.

What Just Happened

A $705 million property, weeks from opening.

Beloit is the largest build in the Nation's history and it is still pre-operational. Every standard set now is cheaper than the same standard retrofitted onto a running floor.

July 16, 2026. The Nation's executive manager confirmed phase one, the casino and a 1,500-space garage, targeting completion by the end of August with a tentative September grand opening.
October 2025. $610 million in financing closed for the project.
Next. A hotel tower is under construction and will be among the tallest structures in the region.
